PHOENIX SYSTEM REPAIRS
ICS has a full repair facility with test fixtures for the Phoenix systems. We can repair all circuit boards and components of the Phoenix 8000 as well as some components of the Phoenix AFC system. ICS technicians have years of experience with these systems, and can troubleshoot and repair them quickly. If you have a question about a Phoenix 8000 or AFC system repair, please give us a call.
ICS Repair costs are a flat rate. If several components are sent for repair, only those components that need repair will be charged. Other working components will be tested and returned. ICS does not have an inventory of these boards to send, we can only repair boards that are shipped to us. Depending on the severity of the damage, boards can usually be repaired and returned within a few days.
Important notes:
1. If you need to send parts for repair, please call first to explain the problem and get an RGA number. You can download the RGA form HERE. Parts received without an RGA will not be processed until we are able to contact the customer and determine the details of the problem.
2. If you are not an ICS equipment distributor, you must contact an ICS distributor before sending parts. Parts received without a purchase order from an ICS distributor will not be processed until a distributor orders the repair. All billing is done through our distributors ONLY.
